HMD launches Nokia 2.4 , 3.4 and 8.3 5G phones




Yesterday, and during a virtual conference, HMD, the company behind Nokia phones announces two new entry-level smartphones: the Nokia 2.4 and the Nokia 3.4, in addition to the release date of Nokia 8.3 5G launched back in last March.

 

Nokia 2.4:

 



 

 

The new member of Nokia series 2 comes this year with a 6.5-inch HD+ display (~80.6% screen-to-body ratio) with 270 pixels per inch density, 20:9 ratio, with a 4500 mAh battery, and dual rear cameras system: a wide 8MP, f/2.0 camera that supports Auto Focus (AF), and a 2MP depth camera, alongside with a 5MP, f/2.4 selfie camera.



The Nokia 2.4 is powered by an Octa-core processor (Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22), and available in two options 2 GB RAM/32 GB ROM and 3 GB RAM/64 GB ROM extendible via a micro SD card up to 512 GB, Bluetooth 5.0, Android 10 planned upgrade to Android 11 via the Android One project, and a rear-mounted fingerprint with a price starting at 119 €.



Nokia 3.4:

 


 

 

 The Nokia 3.4 comes with the Snapdragon 460 processor from Qualcomm, 3 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage extendible up to 512 GB via a micro SD card, with a 6.52 inches HD+ display (~81.9% screen-to-body ratio), and 269 pixels per inch density, 19.5:9 ratio, and triple rear cameras system: the first one is the 13MP wide main camera supports PDAF, the second one is an ultrawide 5 MP camera, while the third one is a depth 2MP camera, alongside with an 8MP wide selfie camera and Bluetooth 5.0



This phone is powered by Android 10 planned upgrade to Android 11 via the Android One project and comes with a price of 159 €.

 

Nokia 8.3 5G:

 


 

 

The Nokia 8.3 5G was announced during an HMD online conference in the last march, it is powered by the Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor, with a Full HD display (~82.9% screen-to-body ratio) and 386pixels per inch density, and 20:9 ratio, in two options 6GB RAM/64GB ROM and 8GB RAM/128GB ROM, and has a USB type C port, with OTG, FM radio, a side-mounted fingerprint, and Bluetooth 5.0 support.

 


This 5G smartphone comes with a Quad rear system camera with ZEISS Lenses ( a 64MP f/1.9 wide main camera that supports PDAF, a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide camera supports AF, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera) that can record videos up to 4K resolution, in addition to a ZEISS optics 24MP f/2.0 selfie camera, and it will be available for preorder starting from today 23/09 at 599€.
